• Our Cleaning Professionals are not equipped to clean a cat's litter box or animal droppings. We recommend that you have your cat litter box or any animal droppings cleaned up before we get there so that your home will be fresh throughout.

• Our Cleaning Professionals are not plumbers. We can not fix a plugged up toilett. We will however still clean around your toilett but obvioulsy we can't clean inside it if its plugged.

• Our Cleaning Professionals can not clean up human bodily liquids such as blood, fecal matter or vomit.

• Our Cleaning Professionals will not clean out a fireplace.

• Our Cleaning Professionals can not clean anything that we can not reach. We provide extendable dusters to reach cob webbed corners or light fixtures with cob webs but we can not use a ladder to reach unreachable surfaces for safety purposes. Please let us know if you have very high ceilings and you want your ceiling fans dusted. Please contact for quotes.

• Our Cleaning Professionals will not clean inside of light fixtures, window blinds or curtains because these are very time consuming and are delicate areas.

• We do not offer carpet cleaning services, we will however vacuum.
