We come equipped with a hand held POS System for your convenience. We accept all debit cards and all major credit cards (if using credit a 2.6% fee will be added to your total) We also accept Cash and E-Transfer

We kindly ask that you would please smoke or vape outside while our Cleaning Professionals are in your home. Thank you for understanding

• Our Cleaning Professionals are not equipped to clean a cat's litter box or animal droppings. We recommend that you have your cat litter box or any animal droppings cleaned up before we get there so that your home will be fresh throughout. • Our Cleaning Professionals are not plumbers. We can not fix a plugged up toilett. We will however still clean around your toilett but obvioulsy we can't clean inside it if its plugged. • Our Cleaning Professionals can not clean up human bodily liquids such as blood, fecal matter or vomit. • Our Cleaning Professionals will not clean out a fireplace. • Our Cleaning Professionals can not clean anything that we can not reach. We provide extendable dusters to reach cob webbed corners or light fixtures with cob webs but we can not use a ladder to reach unreachable surfaces for safety purposes. Please let us know if you have very high ceilings and you want your ceiling fans dusted. Please contact for quotes. • Our Cleaning Professionals will not clean inside of light fixtures, window blinds or curtains because these are very time consuming and are delicate areas. • We do not offer carpet cleaning services, we will however vacuum. We offer a 24 hour Satisfaction Guarantee! If you do not love your cleaning service please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will come back to fix it up asap. Yes! We care about our world and environment just as much as you do. We use eco friendly products and we are always vegan and cruelty free. **Please note that when tackling black mould in your bathroom showers or tubs the product to use may not be eco-frienldy. Please trust that we are the Cleaning Professionals and we know what works best for the dangerous black mould. We saftely rinse away any remaining residue so you can be assured that the only thing left is sparkling clean. Thank you for your understanding

Roxanne Cleaning Services is a fully licensed business registerd in Manitoba. Insured and bonded. Our Cleaning Professionals have background checks done before they are hired to insure we offer the best quality services

If you have common household pests such as bed bugs or cock roaches we can not enter your home. Please insure these pests are eliminated before you book a cleaning appointment. Thank you for your understanding

If our Cleaning Professionals can not enter your home on your cleaning appointment you will be charged the full service fee. Please ensure you cancel or re-schedule 3 days in advance and you will not be charged. Thank you for your understanding

Yes we do! Here is a list of what each Cleaning Professional will bring to your cleaning appointment: • Soft clean wash cloths • Paper towlel to use on mirrors • Eco friendly products that are safe to use on all surfaces • Garbage Bags • Rubber gloves • Disposable cloths to use in the bathroom and we throw out when we are done • Extendalbe dusters to reach high surfaces Here is a list of what we don't bring for sanitary reasons. Please let us know if you do not have any of the following: • Vacuum • Broom and dust pan • Floor mop and bucket

If you haven't paid yet, you are required to pay as soon as your cleaning service has been completed.
